Ok, I made some chocolate chip cookies. Some are darker, and some are lighter. I blame the pans. I used two different kinds of pans, one was a regular metal pan, the other was a pan with two layers, and air trapped in the middle.

Either way, they're good cookies! 

I stopped in at the Hershey Factory in Smiths Falls recently. It's slated to close sometime this fall!

I saw the sign, and couldn't resist it's strange cuteness.
