Ok, I made some chocolate chip cookies. Some are darker, and some are lighter. I blame the pans. I used two different kinds of pans, one was a regular metal pan, the other was a pan with two layers, and air trapped in the middle.

Either way, they’re good cookies!

I stopped in at the Hershey Factory in Smiths Falls recently. It’s slated to close sometime this fall! :cry:

I saw the sign, and couldn’t resist it’s strange cuteness. :shrug:

I would have gone for the tour, but the factory was having its planned outage for maintenance that day. Go figure.
